Needed some lunch for our all day meeting and Hadlow bakery came up trumps- so good to source locally and the sandwiches were fresh, generously filled, and were so tasty- they also came in a presentation platter so looked perfect for our work function. (To be fair, they would be such a good idea when catering for any do!) Thank you so much! Will use you again!!

Went into the bakery today, I just wanted 2 SOFT rolls, I was told they come in a pack of 6, but I could have 2 if I wanted! As that is what I had asked for I said I would just take the 2 please, the pack of 6 works out cheaper was the reply, no thanks I will just take the 2 please. They were bagged for me, I paid put them in my bag and left, when I got home the rolls were far from soft, they were hard and stale, it's only 2 rolls but I had to put them in the microwave to soften, I would definitely not recommend and won't be going back!

Thank you to the new owners at the bakery for your friendly and professional communication regarding our event. Weve previously not had the best experience here but since the new owners have taken over the whole place and atmosphere has changed. Bravo and thank you for the lovely spread you provided this weekend. We will now continue to use the bakery, Hadlow Village you are very lucky, please support them.

What a lovely place. I went in last minute to see if they could do me 3 large platters of cakes as Id been let down by another company. The owner was so friendly, nothing was a problem and she made them up within 15 minutes. I ended up grabbing us all lunch, drinks, a bunch of flowers and even some sweets for the kids!! What a little gem of a shop. The cakes were well presented and fresh. Its safe to say this will now be our go to place for our platters (and lunch ) 5* for customer service alone thank you Leanne xxx
