Stay aware they are scammers. Did 3/4 of my course and was given a 10 minute break. Joined back 2 mins late after being disconnected and it was my last day to complete the course. Tried joining and meeting was locked by host. Called the company they said they will message the course leader called Tracey to unlock the meeting on Zoom. Told me to try constantly for 5 mins. Kept trying no luck called again and told me to wait another 10 mins. Still no luck so called again after 10 mins and they said its too late u missed too much of the course. Avoid at all costs just want to rob you off your money. Only refunded me 50 out of 88 and now will be getting points. Go to the other course providers instead. Would honestly give 0 stars if I could

Surprised by all these poor reviews! Had to book a speed awareness course, booked online fine, had to reschedule on the day, just called and changed it to the following week, no issues or charge. Course with Steve was good and educational.

Words cannot describe how useless this organisation is. How they have managed to acquire pole position from the courts, beggars belief. Average call time this week is 25mins 46seconds to get an answer. No accounts dept to refund a course they can't comply with and to date 3 failed (my colleague will call you back) failed. I shall now write to Telford Magistrates Court to ascertain why they are THE ONLY option offered. by the court.

Over 20 minutes late to start and a patronising trainer with no communication skills. Utter joke, better off using a different company. These are the cheapest, now i know why, utter garbage. I am a qualified trainer and i would be embarrassed to deliver a course like this.
