DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Not even a call from my account manager Natalie Marks An auto response, Bloody silly. Not even a phone call to say sorry, Outage after outage after outage, just been told by my phones can't be diverted as they have reached the limit of diverts. problem after problem after problem. I am cancelling my contract asap. Business owner

Stay clear! Impossible to run a business with this company!! We have been with Enreach for over a year now. At first the customer service was amazing and they couldn't do enough to help. Fast forward to now. The phone systems and internet are constantly going down and to get hold of someone is impossible! Numerous phone calls and still no one has called us back to sort out this absolute nightmare. We have lost business because of this and are looking to get out of our contract ASAP. Please, please do not use Enreach if you value your customers and your business!!!

Nothing but problems since enreach installed our phone system 2 years ago, In fact it took 1 year to change over due to issues with the board, Every other week our phone lines are down, then its the internet, always difficult to get hold of anyone as there phones are down also, we are promised calls back but never happens. Our business requires a reliable phone and internet connection. We are Changing provider due to the terrible service. No business should have to put up with this, explained today that we are leaving and finding another provider to be told that we cant as we are in a contract. I dont think so your not providing the service promised, Our business was with XLN for 7 years and never had no phones or internet. big mistake changing to Enreach, Thought we were upgrading to a cloud based phone system to make sure we dont miss calls but now we miss more than ever due to the poor system, unacceptable service

As a small business, our phone lines are critical to us. On Monday morning, our outbound calls went down, so we phoned Enreach and logged the problem with their customer service. They apologised, and marked it as urgent, saying an engineer would be in contact. No contact...................... So on Tuesday, we phoned again to Enreach, explaining that we still could not make outbound calls, and that this was costing our business in lost business. They apologised and said that an engineer would be in contact ASAP. Again, they said they would mark it as urgent. It's now Wedesnday morning, and our phones are STILL not working, and we've not received any calls from Enreach regarding the issue. Appalling customer service, and clearly demonstrates a prioritising of larger companies over smaller customers. I genuinely regret the day we signed a contract with Enreach, and will be moving provider as soon as it is possible. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE from 25.04.23 On Friday, our phone lines started to cut out in the middle of calls, this was affecting well over 50% of the calls and was causing us major problems with clients. Despite numerous attempts to contact the customer service team to log the issue with technical support, we were unable to get through. In the end, we had to log the issue with our Account Manager who said he would log it with the technical support team. It is now 3 days later, and no-one from the technical support team has called, despite us chasing this every day with Enreach.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM We are a small business based in essex, we needed 6 phones and broadband, enreach had a great sales team who pitched us a good service, reliable service- price was that same as other companies we had quotes from. We have been with them a year now we still have not been hard wired or set up properly, our phone lines drop out daily and our broad band is still working off of a phone sim and box rather than being wired in to our sites mains. When you call you get no answer says that they are unavailable, we are not receiving the minimum standard set out in the T&Cs I will now be seeking legal advice to get this contract terminated. Long contract terms shocking customer service and care do not waste your companies money or time!
