We have used MSD Law for our recent house purchase.Beki was an absolute star, especially as we needed to complete within approx 12 weeks. Always helpful when we have asked questions and really reassuring. I love their online portal where you can track the case. We didnt even noticed Beki was on holiday as someone else from company provided cover, which meant there was no delay in our case. Only thing I would suggest is to improve response time for the non-urgent emails (I THINK they have at T&Cs 5 working days), however if something was urgent, I just gave them call and got an answer straight away. I also liked the fact we had a number for Beki, which meant we didnt have to go through a reception and wait to be connected. I would 100% recommend MSD Law and if we will do another house purchase in future we will definitely instruct them.
