        I purchased one of Golden Bear toys from a supermarket just before Christmas. Unfortunately the toy stopped working only a few weeks later. I contacted Golden Bear customer service, who then asked for a receipt, sadly I didnt save the receipt as this was purchased alongside a food shop. To my surprise, they offered a replacement if I could return the faulty toy to their free post service. Absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service experience, thank you.
