I needed an emergency prescription for steroids and this pharmacy would not help. Apparently you have to be registered to the surgery next door. And they call themselves independent.

Was caught rather short due to my negligence by omitting to order a certain medication for the Practice Nurse to administer on Friday afternoon. The staff and Pharmacist were absolute gems as the had the medication to hand. My deepest thanks to the people.

At busy times when people are queuing outside, there is little sense of urgency.

Called today 01/09/23 to collect a prescription for my wife, which was ordered over two weeks ago. The shop assistant, Tina had a quick look, and said, " I don't have the order, might be here in a few days. I left the store, and contacted my wife regarding the problem. Twenty minutes later I returned to the store expressing an urgent need for the prescription, as wife has late stage ovarian cancer. Thankfully, Tina was not available, so I was helped by another assistant and the order was THERE for collection. In future, I will avoid Tina, who displayed zero interest or care, and had no real interest in helping me or my sick wife. M Godbold
