        Took my 9 year old daughter. Reception staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. MMr Giles her optician was fantastic, really thorough and made a nervous child very at ease. Thoroughly recommend them!

        I was fed up with the 'sausage machine' system used by a high street optician chain, where I saw different people at every stage and on every visit. So I decided to use this local practice. I have seen the same optician for every visit over several years so he understands my history and my concerns. He talks me through every element of my tests so that I have a a clear idea of what is happening. He does not try to sell me spectacles when I do not need them and if I do, makes sure that they are the right shape and size for the way my eyes work. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. If you want a personal and professional service I would thoroughly recommend Dunstone.
