Hadleigh Health Centre

The Hadleigh Health Centre is superb. The doctors and nurses are fantastic, the admin/reception team are always friendly and kind and the facilities are great. A brilliant surgery.

New "In-house Pharmacy" Not impressed with service from this "Pharmacy". On first visit after change of pharmacy, service was very slow and most staff looked bored and disinterested in serving patients waiting.Eventually served by a lady who was very polite and helpful and seemed like the only one doing any work. I am 80 and am fit so can stand for a long time. Anyone not fit will have to wait behind and possibly catch something whilst waiting! Second visit today - nothing changed much especially the staff member who swigs drinks whilst looking at her computer and occasionally looks towards the queue. Ten minute wait then bored assistant eventually came to counter. Am changing my prescription order back to Mill Pharmacy and even if they are busy at least the numbers in the queue will be reduced because of lack of space and, with very few exceptions, there will be a "smile". Honestly. The staff are so kind and friendly here. Always give you the time you need. Trust me Ive been to many surgeries where the receptionists are rude and couldnt care less about you. But here you are made to feel cared for and they will always do their best to fit you in. Couldnt rate them highly enough.

A big thank you to the Receptionist on duty on Wednesday who as a result of my oversight omitted to make an appointment for Friday. It was very short notice yet the help and assistance was superb and I was given a slot for the Friday. Thanks for the hard work rectifying my error.
