i cannot thank them enough. after a huge drainage issue culminating in a full septic tank 3 days before Christmas i contacted AK Services on the Monday evening at 4.30 pm. they said they would help if they could and they arrived at 0830 the next day having ahead a smaller than usual job come in allowing them to fit me in. they literally saved Christmas. Thank you so much. Fantastic service at real value.

After months of trying to get our established contractor to turn up my patience finally snapped. All it took was one online request using their website on Tuesday followed by a telephone call that evening a few hours later from Andrew and by mid day Thursday, 2 days later, the tank had been emptied, quickly and professionally by Karl who showed no end of patience with me as I showered him with questions about the whole thing. Being born and bred in the city doesn't really prepare you for dealing with septic tanks. Which left me asking myself only one question, why the hell didn't I do this earlier?. Grrrrrr So thanks to Andrew and Karl who I look forward to seeing again next year. With fewer questions I promise. Mike

A K Services helped us out with a blockage in our septic tank when our usual chap was on holiday. Very helpful , prompt and efficient , we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
