        Very odd experience, called to discuss a quote for a will service as my mother would like to set one up as she is unwell and has not done so previously, explained this to the person who answered my initial call, whilst being transferred the call ended, at first I thought it was a disconnection, I attempted to call back a number of times but each time the phone was picked up and put down again to hang up on me. Called another solicitor in Hadleigh who was very helpful and most importantly actually had actual communication.
