Items didnt arrive despite paying for 24hr delivery, refused refund would only refund postage although it was clear from tracking that the item hadnt been delivered. Consistently lied to, even though they had not terminated the call properly and I could hear them discussing that my order had not been dispatched. I have now having to seek resolution through payment services.

Highly recommended! I ordered a product before Christmas, and as royal mail strike item was lost, David refound me almost immediately, strikes had impact in item lost or not delivered, five star, I will defo re order from this company in non strikes times, very honest and trustworthy, very precise, thanks for refound.
