        I believe these are hired by are councils in Suffolk, cheap jack of all trades. I guess so they can keep receiving there huge bonuses. These guys turn up to our apartment complex and do the worst job at clearing weeds and hedges. You would think they are trying to break records they work so fast. No care for any wildlife or doing the job properly. A child could do a better job.
