The service provided by Architecture ONE has been second to none. Jonathon quickly grasped the concept of the extension we had in mind and translated that into the drawings required. The process for us obtaining permission to build our small extension was far from simple. Without Jonathon's expert advice and calm persistence it is highly likely that we would have given up. As it is we are highly delighted with the outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Architecture ONE.

We approached Jonathon and Architecture ONE initially wanting to modify plans for a barn conversion that needed planning adjustments on a limited budget. We had quite a clear vision of what we wanted to do, and needed someone experienced in navigating the planning process and drawing up professional plans. In the end we got quite a lot more than this, with Jonathon and the team working with us to take our project from start to finish. It was a large project for them, but this meant there was a hunger and desire to succeed and demonstrate their capability. No project of this scale or nature comes without challenges and we had our fair share of those. But how these are dealt with really determines a groups character. Real diligence to ensure we achieved ceiling heights, room sizes, aesthetic elements, maintained key features and maximised the donor buildings potential. While also working with other contractors and engineering professionals to address a complex steel installation. With Jonathon we had built a great working relationship, that was honest and transparent. Even when there was no additional budget for professional fees, he maintained an interested and supportive role ensuring we got to the end goal successfully.
