Dr a J Dow - Cottage Lane Surgery

After being at my previous drs surgery for over 35yrs and not feeling happy there recently, I decided to nervously relocate myself and my family to Cottage Lane Surgery and WOW I am so glad I did! From the first walk through the door being greeted with a smile by members of staff that go above and beyond to help you, to then be seen by a practitioner and feel further on with our healthcare in ten minutes than the last few years and as an added bonus their website and Facebook page is so informative which is something Ive not been used to previously I just wish I had made this decision sooner, amazing surgery and Im one happy mum

Excellent practice. All clinicians are great, listen to your concerns and are thorough with your medical problems and reviews. Dr Dow has been very caring following a recent bereavement within my family. All members of the reception team are lovely, very helpful and prompt with actioning your requests.

Recently seen by Dr soheb Rehman who listened patiently to my concerns especially re pain control. I found his manner and care suggested to help me beyond excellent with a thorough plan of my future care.

As much I have loads to say about my experience for over a year I will keep it very short - Dr. Lee is a terrible and arrogant practitioner. If you dont want to help people then please do everyone favour and let someone take your place who had knowledge and interest of doing so.
