        Ordered a family bucket with 8 chicken tenders and they put 7 in. Is it really that hard? Male staff too busy taking what he wanted for his meal and the girl too distracted. Hate having to check my food in front of them but if I go back why is this what I have to now do. Sort it out!

        I was avoiding this kfc for long time due to previous bad experience, bad service and burnt-oil smelly overcooked stunky chicken. Tried again today. Still not good. Original pieces not of good quality, either not fresh or not cooked as per the guidelines smelly in parts. Not tasting like other outlets. I suspect some bad quality practices. Wings and fillets good. Thanks for that. Nb: I had same issue last year and returned straightaway and got refund. Now decided to try again expecting that was a one off. But clearly not Not able to return today as it was take away
