Willow Barn Norfolk

Joining with friends we hadn't seen for a while, was really enhanced by this venue. Willow Barn was awesome. We all enjoyed the open feeling, the large bi-fold doors that exposed an amazing view and the fabulous interior design which appealed to us all. The property was very well equipped for self-catering and we enjoyed a great weekend together. James, the owner was such a pleasure to deal with, going over and above to ensure we had the house set up as we needed. Hope to visit again.

Very nice barn in a very nice setting! Fairly clean place too Here are the bad bits hence the low rating as this was a deal breaker and felt like we were scammed: 1. The contract you will sign will clearly state that the they are not liable for things that dont work. So if you are notified on the day you arrive after you have booked the place months in advance, that the hot tub doesnt work after you paid 1700 for a long weekend you will not get a partial refund. It just broke down due to a faulty controller though it was clear that it had been broken down a while. 2. Half the underfloor heating system for the west wing was not operational when we arrived. Which we sorted ourselves. 3. They want you to clean and mop the place before you leave. The place is huge and also goes against the high price tag.
