Cabco Taxi Haddenham

Farcical taxi company. Called up the day before to book a cab for the following evening. When I arrived late in the evening, they denied all knowledge of the booking and I had to wait half an hour for one to come free.

Great timely service, I even left my phone & wallet with c cards \cash on the back seat of the taxi and it was safely returned Thank you Cabco Taxi Haddenham.

Absolutely useless, tried to get a taxi from Haddenham station to aylesbury and was told they were too busy.

RUDE TELEPHONE MANNER - I was disappointed with Cabco last night (21st January). I am local to Haddenham and have been impressed with Cabco in the past, however the man taking the calls was very rude and abrupt. I called earlier in the evening to book a 7 seater from Chinnor to Thame and was abruptly told they dont have 7 seaters. This is no problem, but the tone of voice made me feel like I had asked the most ridiculous question in the world. After securing a 7 seater to Thame from Supreme taxis, I called Cabco later in the evening to book a cab for one drop in Haddenham and a second drop in Longwick. The same call operator rudely interrupted me and told me they couldnt do it because a road in between was closed. I tried to explain that it would add on 5 minutes to go via Kingsey and wouldve been happy to pay, but the operator seemed to get extremely frustrated and raised his voice. Ive no idea why they have an operator managing calls if his customer service is so poor. After telling him I thought he was being rude, he hung up. How are you not offering service due to a small diversion and how is that the customers fault? Just simply explain that and charge a couple of quid extra? After singing Cabcos praises prior to a poor experience with Thame taxis charging me 18 to go from Thame to Haddenham, I feel very let down and will only be using Supreme taxis now, who are very reliable and respectful on the phone. Its a shame that a business speaks to its locals in such a poor manner. I have given an extra star for the previous reliable service, however rude customer service is not tolerable.
