The service at this post office is dreadful given that he is paid to run the post office for royal mail. Customers or not treated well he talks on the phone while serving you. He goes from the post office to the shop till just leaving you waiting for ages even if he is serving you he just goes off. As a village store its a shame if you give a good service you will get more customers. Very very bad. Update 9/2/21. I hadn't been to this post office for months as I was fed up with the service but as the weather was bad I thought I would try it again only to find it is even worse than before it had 2 members of staff who stood behind the counter talking and looking at phones completely ignoring me will not be going in again it's rubbish.

Arguably the worst customer service you could ever experience. Rude, won't stop talking on mobile while "serving" customers. Shouldn't be running a shop if they don't like dealing with people!
