Had to keep calling to find out if they were able to source and fit a tyre. Told me after multiple calls they couldn't source a tyre to fit my Cupra Born. Wasted 4 days, waiting to be called back (apparentlyin 20 to 30 minutes)......which never happened. It felt like I was just an inconvenience to them. Just trying to support a local business....not anymore. Went online and sourced several suppliers who could source and fit a tyre on a 19 inch rim. Avoid unless you have plenty of time and patience.

A few years ago one of their drivers crashed into the side of my car by merging into my lane without looking. I beeped my horn and slammed on my breaks so they only hit the front half of my car rather than he whole right side. Went through insurance and they refused to respond not only to my insurance provider but also their own company insurance. I called them directly and the manager at the time told me to **** off. Eventually after 6 months them ignoring my insurance provider and ignoring their own provider my insurance wrote it off as a non-fault accident and I was paid in full by my provider. To this day my previous insurance company still email me aski g if I have heard anything. I personally wouldn't use their services if you value customer service and if you happen to be driving past one of their vans be careful! TLDR: Crashed into my car, ignored insurance providers, site manager was rude.

Didn't even know this place existed but a great place to have locally. Independent, knowledgeable, local business owners. Just the type of business I am happy to support. Great, quick service when I was in a bind
