        Amazing small charity that spreads the outstanding advice from Dr Jelinek who has shown so many people the way to overcome ms. So grateful that I discovered the approach and feel fit and well five years after diagnosis. Please do believe that you can overcome this too and give OMS a try.

I cant say enough how stumbling into OMS 16 months post diagnosis has been transformative in so many positive ways. I am physically and emotionally a zillion times better.
