Impossible to get an appointment and on the Incredibly rare chance you actually get to see someone in person you'll just get fobbed off with painkillers and told to come back in a month (where you once again won't be able to get an appointment) Complete waste of space.

Everything seems to be at the discretion of the receptionists. On average seems to take and hour and half to two hours to get through because on multiple occasions I wait on hold for 40-50 mins to have the phone picked up and put down or I get higher up in the queue for the line to be disconnected to then recall and have the same thing happen. It's infuriating I appreciate it's busy but so are other people to have to spend 2 hours waiting each time because people are hanging up the line. Also when coming in in person having been told one thing by the hospital for the reception to say it's not possible after being told it is . Then having to argue the case for it then to miraculously be possible. You can call at 8am but it's a lucky dip. Medical treatment shouldn't be at the discretion of reception. It's not my signal I hear talking or have a few back and forth and then CLUNK from phone being put down. It has happened on multiple occasions in multiple locations *Edit* got through, interacted with the lady then heard her talking to a college and phone was hung up. I got through just before 10am obviously no appointments.

After holding for what seemed like an eternity just after 8am I was informed that all appointments had been taken and to call back at 1.30. Not sure how this is possible when people are working?! This was for a phone appt - not even face to face. The receptionist said I could go to A & E if it was urgent. Sound advice indeed. If and when you do get to see a doctor most of them are very good. However its pot luck and be prepared to spend hours holding on the phone and to potentially be fobbed off. There either needs to be another surgery in Haddenham or this one needs a major overhaul.

Worst GP , doesn't care about the patients especially children . The receptionist is a pretend doctor who recommends that I give calpol to my daughter who had 102F temperature for 3 - 4 days , rather than making an appointment to meet a doctor to find the underlying cause . And her version is that if its urgent then I should take her to A&E rather than the doctor looking at her first instance. She will make an appointment only if the child becomes floppy and goes into worst condition. Maybe she left her brains back at home when she was saying me this . Another instance of our new born - 6 weeks baby having a temperature and they refused to see him even though an referral was made by 999 over the phone. The receptionist refused an appointment saying there is nothing wrong in a baby having fever and asked us to go to A&E if we think its a concern. What a joke !!! One more latest to add, we were late by 10 mins for 8 weeks baby vaccination since the baby started crying and my wife had to feed him. No empathy and the receptionist didn't even try to accommodate an appointment , even though the nurse was free. Instead asked us to come next week If you are looking for care please look elsewhere i think they don't have doctors to provide appointment
