        Really pleased with the house but unfortunately the after care is where they drop the ball. You have two years to resolve snagging issues however it is a nightmare to get anything resolved. Constantly chasing emails and the builders on site try to point fingers at the contractors instead. An on-site builder had an argument in my kitchen with the contracted plumbers about who was responsible for the poor drainage on site. Turns out it was the on-site builders. Whole ordeal felt very unprofessional and made me feel that I was an inconvenience. Nice houses, but once the money is in their pocket you feel quite forgotten about.
