Worked for arcus up until yesterday. Management doesnt care about staff they are bullies. I put a grievance in weeks ago but nothing was done except me getting my notice for my attitude towards management, No full training on COSHH or health n safety, Using the same mop on toilets for 3 weeks. No chemicals to work with. Broken machine but when you challenge management on this they get rid of you. Nothing I said was taken into account only what management said even tho I had proof of mistreatment. Ive contacted hmrc and Ive taken it to social media this company are users and abusers ( avoid )

For the 3rd year running i have had Arcus van parked outside my house over Christmas. This happens every year, even though its a residential area with limited parking .The driver even waits for me to go out so he can park it directly outside my house. This year it has been there for over 3 weeks! Why are we probiding Arcus with a free depot and you are not paying for your own company s storage? Oh yea its free ! Regardless of the disruption and inconvenience for the people that live here! Disgusting!
