        Lived here most of my life, has everything you could want either in town or a short drive. Can access London easily and has plenty of green spaces to enjoy. Family friendly with good schools and safer than more central London areas.

        It's Sunday, midday and I get off the train at Hornchurch and the gates are all open. Yay, free travel folks. Again no staff on to help those in need, people who want directions or just help in general. Speak to a member of staff gets blurted out over the tannoy. What staff?? There are none. TFL cutting back on services, staff, facilities and yet our fares go up, and up, and up. To all those that don't pay well done to you all.

        Clean and tidy station no staff around. There is no disabled access to the platforms only stairs. The outside of the station could do with a lick of paint over it. Regular District line services from here.
