        Front door and side panel very expensive installed over 3 years ago and causing major issues to point I get locked in house and cant get out. Have been contacting them for 3 years, Door was replaced with another the same and again same problem. Wether its their supplier thats no good or whatever they have NOT sorted out the problem, rain and cold gets in, then door bends and distorts completely in heat and many times cant be opened at all I have to wait or call someone to help. I have major chronic disease and if theres an emergency I cant get out and no one can get in if Im alone. Ive given up on contacting them but have sent all info to solicitor. Was hoping they would do the decent thing and resolve this expensive problem. I am so disappointed in them as genuinely thought they would be professional enough to solve the problem but completely ignored the problem said someone would contact me, they never did and then just kept ignoring my messages. Services: General door installation, General window replacement
