Absolute 5 star service from an incredible family run business. I took an old badly framed charcoal drawing into this gem of a shop and what struck me most was, they really listened to what I wanted and accommodated all my wishes and more, they remounted the picture and delicately cleaned it providing stability and security with a soft backing. I am blown away with this family business. You are wonderful, thank you so very much for all that you do, particularly for the local RAF Hornchurch Heritage Centre. I am extremely grateful. This is a lovely shop, kind and professional personnel. I have bought from them and requested them to frame some tapestries I bought in Belgium in the late 80's and early 90's and this industry I was informed upon returning to Belgium is at an end. They framed them to detail in an immaculate way. I am a keen Eurovision fan and have left them with Eurovision memrobillia to produce a couple of frames. I so wish they had a picture hanging service as I suffer visual impairement and other disabilities. They deserve a five star rating.
