I had a very bad experience sourcing hay from Ticklers. I bought 5 huge 500kg bales at 100 each. My horses refused to eat the hay, which was dusty and bland, Ticklers came out and looked at it saying there was nothing wrong with it. They refused to at least exchange and sent me a message saying that there was something wrong with my horses and I should get the vet to them. I would definitely suggest giving these guys a wide birth.
