        A good experience at this garage today - had a flat tyre and needed a replacement. Rang up on another garage's recommendation, and Alex told me to come straight over. Bear in mind, it's a Sunday morning and most places are shut. Within about five minutes, Alex has my new tyre in place, doesn't upsell me on a newer replacement, checks my tire pressure all round and even helps me sort out my driver's seat which wouldn't recline. Excellent and exactly what I hoped for.
