I booked through treat well and my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. I contacted the salon to ask if I could still attend and have had no response (both treatments were already paid for). They have taken my money and not allowed me to have my treatments done. Treatwell then contacted me to tell me that the salon had informed them that they had dealt with it directly with me. I have sent three emails now, zero response and they have flat out lied about their customer service to Treatwell who seem to be under the impression my treatments were either rescheduled or refunded.

Got my eyebrows waxed / threaded here. They did such an excellent job, my eyebrows are very not even and I think out of all the places of getting my eyebrows waxed, this place has done the best job! Will definitely be coming back
