dont ever go here, the lady is very rude very disrepectful and when i wanted to refund which in the royal mail page it says is allowed she says no and phyiscally took it from my hand, she also has a nasty trick where she makes you pay the most which is first class tracked then she goes down by first class in which is still alot, now i go to the one in mare street, its much better

Special thanks to Kishur who served me today and yesterday at the post office. I was having trouble locating my parcel which was supposed to be picked up by me but the parcel wasn't there. I went to Bethnal Green sorting office and they said it should be delivered eod so I went early this morning to collect and it still wasn't there but Kishur took my phone number to call me if it arrived, which he did shortly after. I also dropped my N.I. card on the floor amongst other cards and he kept them safe for me. I've been served my Kishur in the past and he's always friendly and helpful. Very happy this is my local post office :)

Defo the best post office in e8 area kishor, sadia & ferhana always go that extra mile to ensure my parcels get sent to the depo sameday as i send parcels daily very friendly and always gave me uodates when there was regular strikes if i need to use any post office in e8 area this is my go to one best in the community
