I worked with Michael to come up with a plan for the intense bilateral quad pain I'd been having while runningI'm a distance runner but I couldn't run more than a couple miles without having to stop. Over 3 months, Michael came up with a very doable plan to improve my running form so I wasn't overloading quads, and the results showedI went from running 2 miles to running 15 miles without any issue! Very grateful for the hands-on and personalised attention Michael gave, highly recommend to anyone having an issue with playing sports or even training for a race. It made a huge difference!

Kasia's massage? Pure magic. She's got mad skills, knowing exactly what my desk-ridden body needed. Perfect pressure, she really knows her stuff. Got my knots untangled like a boss. Highly recommended - will definitely be back.

For a long time now, I've struggled with an old knee injury. When I came across LDN, I was really taken back with how great their facilities were as well as the manner they conducted each session. They made me feel like they understood what my issues were and gave me a well designed, thorough and personalised plan. Their sports massage is something you don't often get on the NHS, but it's really helped with some persistent pain and flexibility issues I've had in my knee. Really enjoying working with these guys and would recommend to anyone looking for a modern physio in London

Cant go wrong with the team at LDN Physio theyre all a great bunch of friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated physios/massage therapists. Ive had two different running injuries over the past year and both Nic and Mike have been fantastic with their diagnoses. They were both detailed and took their time in explaining specific exercises to help get things on the mend. Most recently Mike was very hands on with my knee injury and helped me find some small asymmetries I had no idea about! We focussed on glute/quad strengthening with a gradual return to loading programme - was a bonus having the option to get a gym membership at the Old St clinic as the physios are always about and willing to have a chat on my progress and give advice on specific exercises. I went from basically not being able to run to smashing a half marathon! Huge thanks to the team at LDN Physio you guys are awesome!

I had some sessions with Jonny from LDN this year to help with a persistent knee issue from running. Jonny was friendly and supportive throughout and provided a tailored programme with home-based strength exercises and a gradual return to running. It was really handy to have the exercises on an app and to be able to make use of the FitThis gym facilities in our sessions. Having been pretty much unable to run without discomfort when we started, I'm now back to running and playing football regularly. I was really happy with the support I received and would definitely recommend LDN to others.
