        I'm so happy this place is local to me. I injured my lower back and immediately started panicking about how long I would be out of action, due to how painful it was. I got an appointment straight away with Juncal and she carried out such a thorough assessment that it really helped put me at ease. Obviously I was given a treatment plan with exercises, but the fact that she was so expertly able to listen and identify what could be the underlying causes of the injury is crucial for me in a mental sense when it comes to complying with rehabilitation work. Thank you, I know where to go now when I inevitably mess myself up again.

        I was scheduled for a postnatal MOT, and had to cancel on the day to take my baby to A&E. While I fully understand the 24 hour cancellation policy, a little more consideration for extenuating circumstances such as that would make for a better customer experience.
