        The earphones I was sold were purposely ill fitted at the bottom, so that when you plug it into your device it comes undone, exposing the wire. I bought them yesterday, they are broken today. I should have known, no wonder you dont do refunds. Its not hard to just do right to your customers, but I guess its good for profits.

        They worked really hard to repair my iPhone. Wasn't possible in the end due to water damage but they put a couple of hours in and didn't ask for any charge which I thought was very fair of them. Chucked them 15 because they seem like honest people and put the time in. Would recommend!

        SCAMMERS!!!!! DON'T use their services if you need a phone. Every repair means something else broken!!! Until your phone will not work anymore then they will REFUSE to repair your phone, they will be extremely rude and DISRESPECTFUL; you will have to deal with all the FRUSTRATION after WAISTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! That is my experience. Please go somewhere else I'm from Hackney and there are more victims!
