I got a customized record for a birthday present for a loved one and Cutsy absolutely outdid themselves. There were some hiccups with the delivery but their customer service was excellent, they were helpful and very kind! the product arrived safely and the cover, the music, everything was perfect and it was the PERFECT gift. Excellent services, I would highly recommend their service :)

So impressed by how these vinyl turned out! A really cool and personal gift idea and luckily Elliott at Cutsy has the technology to make it happen. I just sent some MP3s which I bought from Amazon and the audio quality is really good! They also make a really good package with the Vinyl cover and centres. I'm sure it's not a very easy task so it did take a little while but that's understandable. I hope Cutsy do well enough to become a bigger operation for what I imagine will be drawing in more people now that vinyl is more in vogue.

came just in time for Christmas perfect cover photo and the vinyl plays amazingly. all in all a perfect present for any vinyl lover!!
