Excellent customer service and good communication. I messaged Jamel from Clarity Car Audio yesterday at 3pm and he was very helpful. Asked me to bring the car and CarPlay system. He installed it in my car the same day, fast turnaround. He had many challenges such as me missing wires but hes such an expect in problem solving that he delivered a spectacular job. Very professional, knows his stuff and highly recommended.

I cannot praise Jamel enough from Clarity Car Audio, I wanted to fit a double din system into a R53 Mini Cooper S. This car is from 2005 and does not take double din systems. Firstly none wants to do the job because of the complication and modification. Jamel took it on and delivered 5 stars , it wasnt easy, far from it. He had many challenges and at times I was concerned because my car is like my youngest child. But like an expert he delivered a spectacular job. He is brilliant at what he does with a great attitude .
