Absolutely fantastic service. I bought a very sentimental chain in for a repair on the 13th and it was ready to collect by the 17th. I was very hesitant to leave the chain as it holds great sentimental value to me but the guy I spoke to was very understanding and reassuring, I wish I got his name so I could specify, so management know how fantastic his service was (he was working today (the 17th) as the store was closing, young guy with a short beard) The repair cost 20. The loop the clasp goes into had broken and needed some metal adding to the chain. The work looks to be of a very high standard, certainly stronger than the original loop. I can now wear the chain with confidence. Exceptionally happy with the overall quality of the service, from the customer service to the repair, I will definitely recommend this establishment for any repairs. On a side note the store has a vast selection of very attractive jewelry at what seems to be very reasonably prices, I see myself coming here from now on if I need to buy myself or a loved one jewelry.
