        Very unprofessional letting agency. I was told my offer was accepted and was prepared to pay the deposit. I did not hear back in days, once I called them they stated that the property has been let to someone else without giving me any notice. They lied about trying to contact me and not being able to reach me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Save your time and money!!

        Excellent service! I was dealt with by a very wonderful lady called Sophia over the phone. She was very helpful and really brightened up my day. It's clear this company really want the best for everyone and will try as much as they can to achieve that. God bless you Sophia!

        We scheduled a viewing for a property but when we arrived no-one was there. After many (unanswered) calls to George and Ben we went to their offices and no one was there either! We called the number on the door and were informed the property wed gone to view had had an offer accepted on it that morning. Wouldnt have hurt to send an email to let us know it was no longer available. Poor customer service, would not recommend.
