        Not even worth a star been a very good customer for many years put my 7 year olds fire pad on buy bk to forget to buy it back. B4 they were just about to put the sticker on it and put it on shop floor i see it and bought it back. Since leaving the place im believing the fire pad works as it did when it went in there on buy bk they even tested it. I get home put it on charge and its not even charging ring them up and they said nothing they can do i got photos on that pad that cant be recovered or replaced of someone very close to my 7 year old that passed away. I never felt so much disgust and dis loyalty from this shop never will i go here again
