Very bad costumer service from the woman,very sarcastic not a good experience.

They treat their fish horribly. the tanks are overcrowded, esp. goldfish one :( Many fish look sick and/or abused :(( I know a few people who bought fish from here only to have them die days later. Unfortunately, everything's about profit and not the welfare of the animals for them. E.g. they said they can source any fish I want and even ship all the way from China Would've loved to support a local business, but this may be even worse than pets at home...

Amazing pet shop!!! The girls in there are fantastic, always so polite and friendly. I have learnt so much from them they are really helpful and knowledgeable. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.... Always have what I need in the shop... Excellent service all round!

Update: another great visit yesterday, went with my sister to get some food and treats for my shih Tzu, still can't believe the bad reviews, I've not had any negative feelings on my every visit. Want to say thanks for the staff again, even trying to be supportive with cutting my dogs nails but she's panics because of the previous groomers up in chingford. Once again, thank you and your whole team. I recommend people and I'll go back again. Very friendly and helpful, and the young lady with the same puppy as me. I highly recommend this place, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Will visit when I get a chance again

Ive been in here a few times and staff members didnt seem bothered to help, I was very overwhelmed by how I was looked at and spoken too. Shop condition was okay but animals in cages wasnt ideal and welfare should definitely be checked ! Ive called to ask for advice regarding my dogs and was spoken to very rudely by the guy on the phone, was interrupted and advice was poor and rushed. Im pretty shocked at the level of service this shop has to offer. I do not recommend unless you want to be spoken to in a rude and uncaring manor. Over priced and just RUDE STAFF in general, look elsewhere for pet supplies !!!
