Id highly recommend dealing with Soulla at Felicity J. Lord in Hackney. She has been so helpful with the renewal of our contract for my Partner and I. Soulla has done an excellent job at negotiating our terms with our landlord, and she drafted the paperwork ready for signing very efficiently, this was much appreciated and helpful as we are currently planning our wedding so she made this element in our lives very easy to sort out. The friendly, helpful team at Felicity J Lord Hackney Branch - especially Cristiano Grimaldi - made the process of renting a new property straightforward and relatively stress-free. Felicity j lord have been very productive and communicative in helping progress our purchase. Lenny handled our case to begin with and showed us round the flat that we are now buying, and he was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with. Since then charlie has mainly managed our case and hes been excellent in progressing things despite various difficult external factors that have slowed things down! Hes been a really communicative, engaging driving force behind the various stages with the purchase and we are very thankful to shortly be moving into the flat. Thanks again.
