        After developing sharp hip pain during a yoga class that did not resolve itself, I asked The Home Physios for some advice. Matt was really approachable and knowledgeable - he listened to my concerns, and came up with a tailored plan that helped heal the injury. He also helped me implement some small steps to help prevent the same thing from happening again. The team at The Home Physios are super professional and knowledgeable and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for for physiotherapy at home!

        Definitely recommend! I had terrible back pain and couldn't even bend. Due to COVID-19 I wasn't able to see anyone so instead opted for a Zoom session. Sam was brilliant, really friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately (even over a laptop!). We had regular sessions and he helped me locate the pain, stretches and a routine. Feeling much better now and even working out again!
