Greenwood Launderette

I came to this laundrette this morning for the first time. The staff member there approached me and I told him iv not come here before, but I want to dry. He then pointed to a sign and rudely said read the signs. I would have read the signs if he gave me the opportunity to. Do not approach customers to help them if you cant simply explain that you cannot only dry. I then told him iv washed already, he said ohhh electricity bills I have to pay very hard to make out what his rumbling but just came across rude. I went to another laundrette and was HAPPY to pay 7 to dry because they werent rude about it. Horrible attitude and no understanding of what customer service is. You can be nice to people and explain things rather than point to signs. Not coming back - went 5 minutes up the road - all go to the one in Dalston
