        Absolutely dreadful experience. The worst customer experience I have ever had. Rude, unhelpful, miserable old lady working here thinks it fine to be passive aggressive towards customers. Also has no clue about even the most basic photography processes. I would avoid this shop at all costs. If you read the other reviews, the same lady has also been racist to other customers. I have no idea why Snappy Snaps thinks it fine to employ staff like this. I will never be using their services again.
