1) Incompetent behind the counter, where they havent been trained to take security tags off (the security guard was having to stop virtually EVERY customer as they left the store to check receipts and the presence of tags) because of the perpetual alarms sounding. Basic 101 counter training seems to have been overlooked.
2) Floor workers with their head-sets, surly manners and propensity to wag their finger in the air to direct customers who need assistance because they dont want to be interrupted from their gossiping with other head-set wearing flunkies.
In fact they only moderately customer focused member of staff seemed to be the poor guy on the door who apologised for the inconvenience, unlike the jumped-up little miss who we had the misfortune to encounter.
I guess pay peanuts and you get monkeys. Wouldnt set foot in this dive again. Seems to be the dumping ground for all the company dross employees.
