A continuously dreadful 'service'. Absolutely staggering how much incorrect information they have given out over the years, and how much of my time they have wasted. Amazingly bad.

Hackney Homes are thieves, Leave you in mouldy housing and out the price up for parking at extortionate rates. Thought under labour it would be okay but oh how I was wrong. Luxury buildings going up all around the borough while the working people line up for the food bank just next to it.
