Sorry we haven't got any plates because we haven't washed them up yet, so were serving it in a box.
We had to except it because we waited so long and was hungry, but this is completely unacceptable because the cafe wasn't busy and it doesn't take no more than roughly 2 minutes to clean 2 plates.
