Excellent service from David B who was very patient and and answered every question we had about the range of fold up e bikes in the showroom, demonstrating how they folded and explaining their different features to help us come to a decision. He even showed us how to oil the bike chain! 5 star service! Thank you, David.

Took my bike into the Hackney store seeking help to adjust my seat on my bike, the two sale assistants, were amazing they solved the issue with the bolts and adjusted the seat. They are very knowledgeable about all bikes including E bikes, this is a store I would highly recommend 5 stars

Total amateurs. Ive had better service and more knowledgable staff in Halfords. I needed a set of brake and shift cables to build up a bike - basic bike shop stuff. The guy kept disappearing into the back for 10 minutes and coming out with a single item at a time. Literally had to tell him every item one by one i.e. inner, outer, gear, brake, ferrules, noodle etc. Took the best part of 40 minutes to get it all together at which point he apologised as it was going to take him a while to ring up such a big order. I also picked up a front rack while I was waiting and the manager of the store proceeded to try and charge me double the rrp for it. A sad excuse for a bike shop.

Really welcoming & lovely people working in this bike shop. They helped my bike to be fixed and Im very happy with their service. My old bike feels like a new bike now. Will definitely use them again! Thank you!
