LUCY IS A ROCKSTAR!! After a very traumatic and self induced bad haircut as my personal life was falling apart I came in one morning to see if there was anyway they could help me to look like an actual human!not expecting much due to the actual damage I had done to my hair, I was BLOWN away by the results! Lucy was incredibly accommodating! Not only did she save my hair and gave me a BEAUTIFUL haircut, but she managed to squeeze me in on super short notice, she was incredibly friendly and her customer service was second to none! I am honestly infinitely grateful to Lucy and will be back as soon as I need another haircut! Youve gained a customer for life! Thank you for your talent and your beautiful soul! I am infinitely grateful and cant wait for my hair to grow a bit to come see you again!! MUCHISMIAS GRACIAS GUAPA!! Youre simply the BEST!!!

Lovely little beauty studio at the end of a lane. Warm friendly staff who do a good job. I recommend it.

At first I wasnt sure that this place would meet my expectations but as soon the hairdresser explained me step by step the treatment it wasnt any doubt! The treatment was a bit intense at it last 4 hours (Color, cut, and blow-dry). However they managed to keep an entertained conversation during all treatment. The customer services was excellent. They made me feel very comfortable. The owner of the saloon was there too, she was lovely and very approachable. My review is 4 stars, the hair cut is wicked! (Highly recommend this young hairdresser with a big amount of experience definitely he knows what he is doing) the blow dry was nice. After arrive home, when I checked properly I was expecting maybe a bit different tone but the color applied was no bad so no disappointed. Price was normal for the treatment. Highly recommend this place, the best hair salon I tried in the area so far. The visit was totally worthy. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling

I booked this place for my mum. My mum gets her wash and blow dry atleast every two weeks, so very often ... she has never experienced a place with such low standards and lack of understanding of their job. This is by far the worse results Ive EVER seen. Dominic rushed the wash and blow dry, didnt understand how volume is given to hair and proceeded to argue when I kindly mentioned that there is no volume in the front. It was completely flat. He seriously doesnt have a clue how to blow dry!!! I met my mum after her appointment and was so disappointed that the work did not match the price!!! When I went back to tell him he had another client, which is who he rushed my mums hair for. Replied back in a extremely unprofessional way and said I cant do anything about it!. After that I sternly said you can clearly see in the photo that its flat!!! Thats when he said come back later and Ill but I cant give her volume! Thats mind boggling because she gets volume from a BLOW DRY at every other place but here. More like he doesnt know how to Blow dry hair adequately. Total waste of money. AVOID AT ALL COST. He has a disgusting attitude, would never go back here even if they paid us. The first photo is his incompetent blow dry (Taken 20 minutes later) and the second one is the result of a blow dry done from a cheap and cheerful salon in Wales (taken two DAYS later) !!!
