        Avoid!!! Last thing I saw was police outside this salon and then they never opened again, Ive heard some very bad reviews about this Beautbox and the managers stay away!!

        Total mess with bookings. They kept canceling my appointments without letting me know and I found out only when I turned up. Used to be a good place for waxing but Im not going back again as they are not reliable.

        I had an appointment booked for 3 weeks and already prepaid for. When I arrived for it the venue was closed. After waiting for 20 minutes at the door ringing the bell and calling finally someone very rudely picked up the phone and told me basically that there was nothing they could do, didnt apologise for my waste of time and money with transport to get there and said if I sent an email they could TRY refunding me (never making clear when this refund will even happen if it ever does). felt very disrespected - expected at least the courtesy of them trying to reschedule or apologising for this. Wont be coming back and dont recommend. Have been to other places around the area with amazing service and better pricing as well. Service: Tanning
