        The rudest natwest bank customer service rude cero respect towards anyone only one person in that section seem not to care I dont even know how still operate that branch . It needs to be closed ASAP

        Worst bank ever! Staff members are rude and I filed a complaint months ago but NatWest do not care about their customers as nothing was done about the situation. Staff member at tills was shouting at me in front of other customers, which was very embarrassing and undermining. Stay away!!
